Warmup

  • Run 800m

PT/Cardio

  • 10/1 Ladder x2
    • 10 reps of one exercise, 1 rep of another at station 1
    • Run 50m to station 2 where you complete 10 reps of one exercise, 1 rep of another
    • Run back to station 1
    • Work your way through the ladder (9/2, 8/3, 7/4, etc.) until you’ve completed 1 rep of the first exercise and 10 reps of the second exercise
    • Station 1 exercises = Pushups, Lunge hops
    • Station 2 exercises = Squats, 4-count flutter kicks
