In stupid terms, it’s 4 hours of hard work followed by 4 hours of hangin’ out.

In more specific terms, it’s the opportunity to push-and-test your limits with a group of unyielding men.

Roughly once every 6 weeks, you’ll join up on a Saturday morning for 4 hours of grit-testing, body-stressing work. No two days are the same, but you can be sure there will be heavy doses of PT, rucking and running.

Some are whole-team events where you are rewarded or penalized based on your ability to function as a unit. Others are individual-based or even 2-or-3-man team-based where time and objectives are fighting against you.

No matter what the GRIT day entails, you will become a better man for it.
